Can you notify me of new hats when they come out?
Yes,
please join
the e-mail list and you will be notified of new hats and other
merchandise. Your e-mail is never rented or sold and you can
opt-out at anytime. We hate spam as much as you do and will respect
your privacy and only e-mail you occasionally.
How come you don't have a hat for my favorite horse?
All of the hats on our website are done with the
permission of the owner. There are several horses that we would love
to have hats for but we have either been unable to contact the owner or we
have and they declined to share their horse with the fans. Please e-mail
us with suggestions for horses you wish to see on our site, and if possible
we will contact the owners.
I own a horse and want you to make hats or other merchandise for him/her.

we'd love to talk to you about your horse. If it is a horse that we
feel is of interest to the general public we will give you free hats, pay
you royalties on any that we sell and create a webpage for him/her.
Will you make custom hats for my horse or farm?
Absolutely. We'd love to work with you on
creating custom hats, shirts, etc. for your farm or horse. Most of
our business is done working with owners and farms that might not yet have
the "Big Horse". We will work with
you to create a logo or design that you can use to market your business or
horse and help you create a brand identity. We can also help with advertising

Do you have a retail location?
No, at this time all of our business is done through the internet.
I do not live in the United States, can I still order a hat?
Yes, please e-mail us and we can figure the shipping costs to your country.
Are your hats available at my local racetrack?
Some racetracks carry our hats seasonally. We
hope to have them available at more racetracks in the future.
How can I join the HorseHats racing club?
The racing club slots fill up quickly. Previous
club members are notified first, and then the waiting list is offered
the remaining slots. HorseHats RacingClubs
usually sell out within a few days. Please join
the waiting list
to be notified of the next opportunity.
Can I return my hat if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?
Sure, you can return your hat for any reason. Please
send it back to this address
for a full refund (within 2 weeks).
