These eight colts will be offered in a single package comprised of 60 individual units (shares). Adena Springs will retain an ownership interest in the Racing Venture III colts and act as Racing Manager while the horses are in training and Syndicate Manager upon their retirement from racing.

The Adena Springs team will make a concerted effort to place each of these colts in the program of trainers best suited to get maximum results on the racetrack. Syndicate members will share accordingly, proportionate to ownership, in all purse money generated by the partnership horses. Prize money won by these horses will be disbursed monthly to members. All expenses will also be divided accordingly, also in proportion with ownership.

Horsehats.com Racing Club will take one of the 60 shares, and divide that into 60 slots at a cost of $1,000 per slot.  Training expenses for the 8 colts will be included in the $1,000 price.

Please consider your obligations as a Club Member before purchasing a memership share:

HorseHats Racing Club Member Obligations
1. You declare that your main interest in being a Club member is the enjoyment of horse racing and is in no way based on expected financial returns.
2. You accept that any race day privileges are limited in number and may not necessarily be allocated to you.
3. You agree not to initiate communication with the horse's trainer or majority owner, all communications should go through HorseHats Racing Club.
4. You understand and acknowledge that horse ownership is a financially risky proposition, and that you can comfortably afford to potentially lose all money associated with club membership.
5. You acknowledge that you will have no say in the training of the horse or the races entered. All decisions related to the management of the horse will be made by Adena Springs.
