To Our Customers:

As many have noticed, we no longer sell Afleet Alex Hats. And, as we received many questions as to why we no longer carry these hats, we have decided to post this open response to that question. On June 9, 2005, we received a letter from a lawyer representing CASH IS KING (owners of Afleet Alex), informing us that our license agreement has been terminated. Although we are convinced that our agreement is still valid – and we have expressed that position to Cash Is King -- we do not feel that we currently have the time or resources to legally remedy this situation. Unfortunately, we will, therefore, no longer be selling Afleet Alex hats.

Afleet Alex is a tremendous horse and we have enjoyed having his hat on our site, we wish him continued success in the future.
